The positive-pressure compensation type has high requirements for the sealing of the enclosure, and the volume of the enclosure is limited. At the same time, the positive-pressure ventilation type is convenient to use, has low requirements for the sealing of the enclosure, and is relatively simple to handle for some operating components and display elements. Especially when the components inside the cabinet generate significant heat, the positive-pressure ventilation can carry the heat out, giving it advantages that other explosion-proof types cannot match, and it is widely used.。

All explosion-proof positive-pressure cabinets produced by our company adopt an integrated positive-pressure self-control system, which has eliminated the old manual control system, reduced the volume of the positive-pressure cabinet, increased the internal usable space, and through the self-control system interlocking with pressure relief valves, pressure sensors, audible and visual alarms, intake valves, and other components, automatically controls the pressure inside the explosion-proof positive-pressure cabinet to remain within the normal working range, achieving functions such as high-pressure gas release, low-pressure gas intake, low-pressure critical alarm, and ultra-low-pressure power-off protection.We are currently developing the Internet of Things application for explosion-proof analysis shelters, enabling users to monitor real-time data and information of equipment 24 hours a day via mobile phones and perform remote operation control. Once the explosion-proof analysis shelter implementation matures, it will be immediately applied to explosion-proof positive-pressure cabinets.
