The customer must provide an air inlet pneumatic valve (purge gas) on-site, with the pneumatic valve pressure generally adjusted to 0.2-0.6MPa. The air inlet pneumatic valve supplies purified indoor air (such as instrument air) or nitrogen. (note: In enclosed operating rooms, nitrogen should be used cautiously as purge gas. If nitrogen must be used as purge gas, pay attention to on-site ventilation to ensure safety.)
7. Because precision electrical components such as industrial automation electrical equipment and touch screens are installed inside, a drying filter should be installed at the inlet of the pneumatic valve to ensure that the pneumatic valve provides dry and clean gas; otherwise, the service life of the electrical components will be affected.。
8. It is prohibited for the inlet air source to be a flammable mixed gas.。
9. Explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets must be operated by professional personnel.。
10. When wiring, pay attention to the sealing of each incoming and outgoing cable (it is prohibited to discard the sealing rings in the cable glands), and depending on the tightness of each cable, use explosion-proof putty for appropriate sealing treatment.。
11. After the customer's wiring and adjustment are completed, when closing each door, ensure its sealing performance.。
