(2) Daily inspection: Electrical equipment in use must have a designated maintenance person, and a visual inspection must be conducted once a day, with problems addressed promptly when found。
(3) Monthly inspection: The explosion-proof inspector must conduct an inspection once a month on the explosion-proof condition of electrical equipment in the area under their responsibility, and replace the explosion-proof labels once per quarter。
2. When on-site maintenance electricians repair electrical equipment, they should take care to protect the attached certificates of conformity, and no one is allowed to tear them off or alter them at will。
3. Repaired or newly purchased explosion-proof electrical equipment and small explosion-proof electrical appliances must be inspected and accepted by the explosion-proof inspector, and only after being labeled can they be used in the mine。
4. For explosion-proof electrical equipment (including small electrical appliances) installed and used underground, any of the following problems shall be classified as loss of explosion-proof performance。
(1) The explosion-proof enclosure has cracks, open welds, or a thickness less than 80% of the original design; the shell has been cut and welded for repair; multiple cavities are interconnected; arc penetration has occurred; live parts lack baffles; or explosion-proof joint screws are missing。
(2) The explosion-proof joint surfaces have severe corrosion, and obvious rust marks remain after cleaning with cotton yarn, or there is paint and debris。
(3) The joint surface gap exceeds the specified value。
(4) On 40mm, 25mm, and 15mm joint surfaces, there are sand holes with a diameter of up to 1mm and a depth of up to 2mm; more than 5 per square centimeter; on 10mm joint surfaces, more than 2 per square centimeter。
(5) Mechanical scratches have occurred with a width of up to 0.5mm, and the length of the unscratched joint surface is less than two-thirds of the specified length。
(6) The inner diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the cable outer diameter by 1mm; its outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the entry device (connecting joint) by 2mm; the thickness of the sealing ring is less than 0.7 times the cable outer diameter or the minimum width is less than 10mm; the sealing thickness is less than 0.3 times the cable outer diameter (except for 70mm² cables) or the minimum thickness is less than 4mm。
(7) The sealing ring is aged, deteriorated, lost elasticity, or has been cut and sleeved onto the cable; the sealing ring is cracked, but after removing the cracked part, its width and thickness do not meet the specified requirements compared to the cable outer diameter; or large and small sealing rings are used interchangeably。
(8) Unused cable entry nozzles lack qualified sealing rings and metal baffles; the metal baffle thickness is less than 2mm, or the difference between the baffle diameter and the inner diameter of the entry device is greater than 2mm; the sealing ring, baffle, and anti-tension ring are placed in the wrong order。
(9) The inner edge of the cable entry nozzle does not make solid contact with the outer end of the sealing ring; the inner end of the sealing ring does not make solid contact with the device wall; after the cable entry nozzle is tightened, the cable and sealing ring can be easily pulled out。

(12) The miner's lamp head is cracked or lacks an insulating rubber gasket; lacks locking screws or the locking screws are non-functional; the lamp wire is damaged with exposed copper strands; the inlet and outlet wires lack sheaths or sealing。
