The entire cabinet then enters automatic operation mode, and power is supplied to the "contactor" in the positive-pressure chamber. The main circuit can then be energized for normal operation, marking the completion of commissioning.
During use, if the pressure drops and falls below 100Pa, the explosion-proof alarm lamp will sound an alarm, entering the underpressure alarm state. If the inlet fault is not cleared and the cabinet pressure drops below 50Pa, the auto-control system will cut off the main power supply to the pressurized chamber; the system will remain in the underpressure alarm state (which can be cleared by pressing the "Mute" button); this is the low-pressure protection and electrical interlock process.。
When the pressure in the positive pressure chamber exceeds 400 Pa, the pressure limiting valve opens. After a period of time, the internal air pressure in the positive pressure chamber gradually decreases, bringing the pressure inside the cabinet within the normal pressure range, and the valve closes.
