1. A 2mm thick steel plate is selected and laser-cut according to the design drawings, with openings and holes made, then fully welded without leakage points to form the cabinet body. After grinding, it is placed in the paint room for high-speed electrostatic shot blasting and plastic spraying. To ensure sealing performance, sealing strips are embedded at the joint between the door and the cabinet body. After the cabinet body is fabricated, assembly personnel perform the initial assembly, which involves installing the panel mechanisms, indicator lights, digital display instruments, and touch screens. External components such as the inlet valve, pressure relief valve, and explosion-proof alarm light are installed and interlocked with the self-control system, followed by wiring. 3. Factory commissioning: Open the inlet valve and connect the gas source and power supply. When the internal pressure of the cabinet exceeds 100 Pa, the self-control system begins normal operation until the internal pressure stabilizes between 100 Pa and 200 Pa. At this point, commissioning is complete, and the positive-pressure explosion-proof function is normal.。Check whether the electrical circuit wiring is correct, whether the operating mechanism is properly connected to the internal electrical components, and perform operational tests on indicator lights, buttons, switches, etc. After no abnormalities are found, submit for quality inspection.
