The correct method for supplying gas to an explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet is to perform commissioning in a non-explosion-proof area. After configuring the gas source, connect the power supply.。Fully open the inlet valve, press the "Start" button, the inlet solenoid valve opens, and a 30-minute countdown begins, entering the purging state.。After 30 minutes, ventilation ends. When the pressure value exceeds 100Pa, the sensor detects the pressure inside the positive-pressure chamber and displays it on the positive-pressure explosion-proof controller. The inlet solenoid valve closes, and air is supplied to the cabinet through the solenoid valve bypass throttle valve, keeping the pressure gauge value stable between 200-300Pa. The explosion-proof positive-pressure cabinet enters automatic operation mode, and power is supplied to the "contactor" in the positive-pressure chamber. The main circuit can then be energized for normal operation, completing the commissioning.During use, if the pressure drops and falls below 100Pa, the explosion-proof alarm light will sound an alarm, entering an under-pressure alarm state. If the inlet fault is not resolved and the pressure inside the cabinet drops below 50Pa, the automatic control system will cut off the main power supply to the positive-pressure chamber; the system will remain in the under-pressure alarm state (which can be cleared by pressing the "Mute" button); this is the low-pressure protection and electrical interlock process.
When the pressure in the positive pressure chamber exceeds 400 Pa, the pressure limiting valve opens. After a period of time, the internal air pressure in the positive pressure chamber gradually decreases, bringing the pressure inside the cabinet within the normal pressure range, and the valve closes. This process is high-pressure limiting protection.。
